Thursday 1/09

Objective: Students will learn how to develop a logical argument

Task:

1) Provide Timed Writing Guide and Prompt Vocab

2) Journal #2: 12 Strategies  and prompts: label with persuasive appeal— apply (allow class to think of an argument to focus their jigsaw of strategies to practice them)

3) Practice Prompt (annotate and Brainstorm) possible thesis exit ticket (in while, ultimately, therefore form)
